PVSA
President's Volunteer Service Award
What is the PVSA?
The President's Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) is a prestigious national honor that recognizes individuals, families, and groups who have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to volunteer service. Established in 2003, the PVSA is led by AmeriCorps and managed in partnership with Points of Light.
This award celebrates Americans of all ages who dedicate significant time to serving their communities and country. It aims to inspire more people to answer the call to service and make a positive impact.
Our Role as a Certifying Organization
Medlife is proud to be an official Certifying Organization for the President's Volunteer Service Award. This means we have the authority to verify and award the PVSA to eligible volunteers who meet the required hours of service through our programs and initiatives.
As a Certifying Organization, we play a vital role in recognizing the valuable contributions of our dedicated volunteers and encouraging continued community engagement.
